CLEARANCE::STANDARD
A former rookie reporter who helped defeat the Ten Wise Men. Somewhat of a scatterbrain, she is nevertheless known in the office for her tough and go-getting attitude.
She's currently found all over the place, working as a camerawoman on the front line of Galactic Federation battles. After the events of Star Ocean: Second Story, Chisato has found it hard to adjust to life on Expel. She jumps at the opportunity to help Precis find Ernest and Opera.

Chisato's special field skill "Photography" is needed for 100% completion — it provides a picture for each entry in the Monster Book. She is also a super strong and fast melee character, held back by her combo animation and low defense. She also lacks any sort of a ranged attack, so she isn't the most useful versus foes that cannot be stunlocked.
Skill Balance Graph — No one can master every skill in Blue Sphere. The graph gives a visual representation of how many skill points are in each of the four categories: Tec, Int, Btl, or Sen. Go too far in one direction and you'll find that you can no longer unlock skills in the opposite direction's category.
